Hogan Assessments
The «Hogan Personality Inventory» can be used to assess the personality of a manager, while the «Hogan Development Survey» evaluates behavior in situations of stress and pressure.
The «Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory» describes the inner motivation of a manager, their values, their driving forces and interests. From this one can deduce, among other things, the extent to which a person fits into a company.
